Echoslate is run by David Doucette. This page covers what this website collects and what happens to it. It's written to be read, not skimmed past.
What the beta request form collects
Your name, work email, firm name, roughly how many past proposals you have, what kind of work you quote, and whether you want access or just information. That's everything, and you typed all of it.
What it's used for
- Judging fit — deciding whether Echoslate is likely to be useful to your firm during beta.
- Replying to you — sending login details or answering your questions.
- Beta communication — occasional email about the product while you're using it.
It is not used for anything else. No mailing list you didn't ask for, no selling or renting your details, no handing them to advertisers, ever.
What this site doesn't do
- No advertising trackers and no cross-site tracking pixels.
- No selling, sharing, or trading of your information with third parties for their own use.
- No training of AI models on anything you submit through this website.
Like almost every website, the servers that host this page keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). They're used for keeping the site running, nothing more. The form itself is processed by a form-handling service that delivers your submission to us by email.
Your data inside the product
If you join the beta, the proposals, rates, and client information you put into Echoslate are governed separately and more strictly: they stay in your firm's own workspace, are used to improve your firm's estimates only, are not shared between firms, and are not used to train models. That commitment is part of the product, not just this page.
Keeping and deleting it
Beta requests are kept while they're relevant — while we're evaluating fit or while you're in the beta. Email hello@echoslate.com at any time and your request and details will be deleted; you'll get a confirmation when it's done.
